Shipping Policy - Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of you order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We will primarily be using Royal Mail for delivery. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Damage or loss during shipping
Homecrafthouse is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International shipping policy
We currently do not ship outside the UK.
Returns and refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Homecrafthouse. If you are not entirely satisfied with your item we are here to help.

Returns
You have 14 days calendar days in which to return and item from the date of receipt. If you return, the item must be unused and in the same condtion that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging and it needs the have the receipt or proof of purchase and the reason for the return.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs non refundable.
